BELLA VISTA MOUNTAIN SUMMIT

This hike offers some of the most scenic views in all of the Lakes Region. You’ll start walking through a transitional area filled with bamboo trees and ascend through a typical Beech forest as you slowly start to appreciate open views of the nearby peaks and Patagonian steppe to the east. As you climb above the tree line, you’ll walk along the ridge and will be able to enjoy 360 degree views that include the Nahuel Huapi Lake and the Andes Mountain Range. A lunch with a view is an understatement as you enjoy your picnic at the 6,000 foot summit admiring the unobstructed scenery all around you.
